At the World Team Squash Championship, Pakistan played two of its group matches on the same day, beating Hong Kong and Peru.

In the evening session of the match, Pakistan beat Hong Kong. Defeated by one. Noor Zaman and Nasir Iqbal won their matches for Pakistan.

In the morning session, Pakistan also defeated Peru by a score of 2-1.
