In the ongoing second Test match in Adelaide, Indian fast bowler Mohammad Siraj bowled Australian batsman Marnos Labushin and everyone was shocked.
In fact, this ball of Mohammad Siraj broke the record for being the fastest ball of former Pakistani speed star Shoaib Akhtar
To the surprise of the cricket fans sitting in the stadium and worldwide, the average speed is 130 to 140 km per hour. Mohammad Siraj, a fast bowler, hit the ball at a speed of 181 mph. His ball speed of 181 kmph was also shown on the TV screens.
However, it soon became clear that Siraj did not break the Rawalpindi Express record but it was due to a technical problem in broadcasting.
It should be clear that the record for fastest delivery is held by Shoaib Akhtar, who bowled the England batsman at a speed of 161.3 km per hour in the 2003 World Cup.
Second is Brett Lee of Australia who bowled at 161.1 kmph.
In third place is Shaun Tait of Australia, who also bowled at a speed of 161.1 km per hour.
